Orange Conference - Event FAQs

  •    Will you be offering any travel discounts?

      Yes, please see the OC Travel Page. https://theorangeconference.com/travel/


  •    Is free parking available?

      Gas South Arena now charges for parking $5/per day. On Thursday, all Breakout Experiences offsite from the Arena (Youth Ministry Breakout Experience and Leadership & Family Breakout Experience) will have free parking that day.


  •    Can I purchase any of the content?

      Breakouts and Main Sessions are available for purchase through our All-Access Audio Pass. You can add this pass onto your OC experience NOW for only $275 or you'll have a chance to purchase the pass on-site for $325. Click here to add the All Access Audio Pass to your Orange Conference experience!


  •    What time do doors open at the Arena?

      Lobby Doors: Wednesday @ 1:00pm, Thursday @ 4:30pm & Friday @ 7:30am.
      Arena Seating Doors: Wednesday @ 6:45pm, Thursday @ 6:45pm & Friday @ 7:45am.


  •    Are ear plugs available?

      Yes, at the store and Info Desk locations.


  •    Is internet available on-site?

      Gas South Arena will have wifi available for purchase.


  •    Will a room be available for nursing mothers?

      Nursing Mother's rooms will be available in all venues. Exact locations will be determined as we get closer to the event and will be noted on all event maps.


  •    Are we allowed to bring strollers into the event?

      Strollers are not allowed, per facility policy, at the Arena. Please either leave them in your vehicle or at the Info Desk.


  •    Will coffee be available on site?

      FREE coffee will be available in all venues. Exact locations will be determined as we get closer to the event and will be noted on all event maps.


  •    What if I lose my attendee badge?

      If you need to have your badge replaced, please visit the Info Desk at the Arena. There is a $25 fee to replace a badge.


  •    Are meals included throughout the event?

      Meals are not included but there will be meal options available on-site Thursday and Friday. More information will be provided as we get closer to the event.


  •    Where can I purchase meals?

      Each day meals are a little different, but don't worry, there are many options available close to the Arena. Check ocut a list of nearby restaurants here!
      On Wednesday, restaurants will be open inside the Arena.
      On Thursday, there's a lunch break between breakout slot B and C. You'll have enough time to go off site to grab lunch at a restaurant nearby!
      On Thursday during dinner and Friday all day, we'll have options available inside the Arena, as well as food trucks to choose from."


  •    Do you have any medical assistance on-site?

      Yes! If you or someone from your party is in need of medical assistance, please go to any of the Info Desks or locate the closest staff member to you and they can radio for assistance.


  •    Where is lost & found located?

      All lost & found items will be kept at the Information Desks at the Arena and Breakout Locations. If you are looking for something after the event is over, please contact the Gas South Arena Security Department at (770) 813-7500.


  •    Are suites available?

      Yes, suites are available for rental and are handled on a first come first serve basis. Click here to fill out the suite request form.


  •    Will group seating/reserved seats be offered for large groups?

      Reserved seating will be available for groups of 15 or more, but must be filled at least 15 minutes before each session begins. (If not they will be released.) If you've purchased over 15 tickets, we'll reach out to you with more information around your reserved seating!


  •    Can I earn Continuing Education Units (CEUs) while at OC22?

      Yes, you can complete the CEU form online here. The completed forms will need to be submitted by May 31, 2022.


  •    Where can I find information about your Children's curriculum?

      The name of our product for preschool is First Look. Information (as well as a free sample) about First Look is available online at our main site, www.OrangeKidmin.com.


  •    Where can I find information about your student curriculum?

      The name of our product for junior high is XP3 Middle School and for high school is XP3 Students. Information (as well as a free sample) about XP3 Students is available online at at our main site, www.ThinkOrange.com.

  • Orange Conference - Breakout FAQs

  •    What is a Breakout Experience?

      This year at OC 22, we're hosting our breakouts at 4 unique locations—each one offering a selection of specialized topics. You can choose from the Kids Ministry Breakout Experience at Gas South Convention Center, the Youth Ministry Breakout Experience at Cross Pointe Church, the Leadership & Family Ministry Breakout Experience at Gwinnett Church, or the New to Ministry Workshop (for anyone who has joined a ministry team in the last two years) at the Hudgens Center for Art & Learning.


  •    Can I select more than one Breakout Experience?

      No. Each ticket holder selects their Breakout Experience and registers for breakouts at that location. You'll stay at that Breakout Experience all day on the Thursday of Conference (until it's time for Seriously Nite Thursday evening!)


  •    How do I select my Breakout Experience?

      If you haven't selected your Breakout Experience yet, no problem. Simply follow the steps below!
      1 - Sign into your account at events.thinkorange.com .
      2 - Click "Account Settings" in the top right corner of the page.
      3 - Click "My Orders" in the left navigation.
      4 - You'll see any OC 22 tickets you've purchased, so find the one assigned to you. (It'll say Attendee: YOUR NAME)
      5 - Click "Details" and you'll see a dropdown to re-select your Breakout Experience.
      Please note: If you registered for specific breakouts at a Breakout Experience, to select a NEW Breakout Experience you'll need to go into your Breakout Agenda and unselect your previously registered for breakouts. Then follow the steps above to switch to a new Breakout Experience, and register for breakouts again like normal!


  •    How do I switch to a different Breakout Experience?

      If you want to switch to a different Breakout Experience yet, no problem. Simply follow the steps below!
      1 - Sign into your account at events.thinkorange.com .
      2 - Click "Account Settings" in the top right corner of the page.
      3 - Click "My Orders" in the left navigation.
      4 - You'll see any OC 22 tickets you've purchased, so find the one assigned to you. (It'll say Attendee: YOUR NAME)
      5 - Click "Details" and you'll see a dropdown to re-select your Breakout Experience.

  •    How do I register for specific breakouts?

      Breakout registration opens on March 1st. After March 1st, here's how you'll register!
      1 - Click HERE .
      2 - In the top right corner, select “Schedule” and click “Agenda”.
      This will showcase your entire Orange Conference 2022 experience. On Thursday, you’ll see your breakout options to choose from in each breakout slot. Remember, you can only select one breakout topic per breakout slot.
      3 - Click the + in the top right corner to select and register for that breakout topic.
      For additional information about a breakout, simply click on it to see more about the topic and speakers.
      If you select a breakout and then change your mind, simply UNSELECT that breakout to allow a new breakout to be chosen.


  •    Can I choose breakouts from different Breakout Experiences/venues?

      We've created three different venues offering three different selections of breakouts. You can only select breakout topics from the Breakout Experience you've selected on your ticket, but if you're interested in breakouts at a location you can't attend, we will offer the audio of all the available breakouts in the All-Access Audio Card.   •    Is there any transportation assistance available to get to the Breakout Experiences?

      Transportation is not available, although each venue is relatively close to one another. We would suggest using rideshare options such as Uber or Lyft, coordinating with other attendees (via the Orange Leaders Facebook page), or coordinating drop-offs at each location. Each breakout group starts on Thursday at their selected location, so it would be easy to drop off each group before you park at your desired location for the day.

  •    How do I assign the tickets I purchased for my group?

      When you purchased your OC tickets, you may not have known who exactly on your team you would be bringing. That’s okay! Before your team can register for breakouts, they'll need to set up their account. *NOTE: Be sure to assign one ticket at a time.
      1 - Login at events.thinkorange.com .
      2 - Click on My Settings.
      3 - Click on My Orders.
      4 - Click on Assign Ticket.
      5 - Scroll to the bottom of the page and use the “Search” tab to locate and/or create the user id of the team member you would like to assign the ticket to.
      6 - Once you’ve completed this step, add the ticket to your cart and complete checkout.
      7 - You can then repeat this process for any additional tickets that need to be assigned.


  •    How do I reassign a ticket to a different team member?
