Ticket Management

After purchasing tickets for your group, you must complete steps to assign these tickets to the person/people attending prior to the event. You have the option of completing the registration for another person, or sending them a link your invitee can use to complete the registration on their own. Just follow the steps below.
To register someone on their behalf
  1. To assign a participant to a ticket you have purchased, click on "ORDER HISTORY" button below to be taken to your history where you can manage your tickets.
  2. Locate the order for your Tickets by looking for the "ASSIGN PARTICIPANT" button.

3. You will then be taken to the registration page to enter the name and any required details for the registrant.

4. Process the order.

Send a link to let your invitee register
  1. To assign a participant to a ticket you have purchased, click on "ORDER HISTORY" button below to be taken to your Order History.
  2. Locate the order for your Tickets by looking for the "COPY TICKET ASSIGNMENT LINK" button.

3. Click on the "COPY TICKET ASSIGNMENT LINK" and the special link will be copied.

4. Paste the link into an email or chat to sent it to the invitee.

How can I double-check I've assigned my tickets?

Once you’ve completed these steps and redeemed a ticket, you’ll see the specific attendee’s name attached to the ticket. That ticket is good to go and ready for the event!

 

** TICKETS MUST BE ASSIGNED IN ORDER TO SELECT BREAKOUTS AND TO CHECK-IN AT THE EVENT **
